All Max TA Group products are manufactured in the USA using premium materials and undergo rigorous quality control to ensure they meet our exacting standards before they leave our facility.

Warranty Coverage

Glass

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Our glass products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for as long as the original purchaser owns and occupies the home where the product was originally installed.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the structural integrity or functionality of the glass.

Hardware

5-Year Limited Warranty

All hardware components are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers hinges, handles, brackets, and other metal components that are part of our glass installations.

Seals & Gaskets

1-Year Limited Warranty

All seals, gaskets, and silicone components are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers water seals, door sweeps, and other components designed to prevent water leakage.

Warranty Claim Process

  1. Contact our customer service department with your proof of purchase and product details
  2. Provide photos or video of the defect when requested
  3. Our warranty team will evaluate your claim and determine the appropriate resolution
  4. Approved claims will result in repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper installation, maintenance, or cleaning
  • Damage caused by accidents, abuse, or natural disasters
  • Glass breakage after installation
  • Minor imperfections that do not affect structural integrity or functionality
  • Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized persons
  • Products used in commercial applications (separate commercial warranty applies)
  • Costs associated with removal, reinstallation, or shipping
Important Note

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Care & Maintenance

Glass Care

  • Clean regularly with a non-abrasive glass cleaner
  • Use a soft, lint-free cloth to avoid scratching
  • Avoid harsh chemicals that can damage glass or coatings
  • For shower doors, squeegee after each use to prevent water spots
  • Inspect for chips or cracks regularly and report any damage

Hardware Care

  • Clean with mild soap and water, then dry thoroughly
  • Avoid abrasive cleaners that can damage finishes
  • Periodically check and tighten any loose screws or fasteners
  • Lubricate moving parts with silicone spray as needed
  • For coastal areas, clean more frequently to prevent salt corrosion

Warranty FAQs

To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service department at 724-979-1834 or email warranty@mtagglass.com. Please have your proof of purchase and product details ready. We may ask for photos or videos of the issue to help assess your claim.

Glass breakage after installation is not covered under our standard warranty. However, if the glass breaks due to a manufacturing defect or during the installation process by our certified installers, it would be covered. We recommend checking with your homeowner's insurance for coverage of accidental breakage.

If your product was installed by Max TA Group certified installers, the installation is covered by a 1-year workmanship warranty. This covers issues directly related to the installation process. If your product was installed by a third party, the installation is not covered under our warranty.

Our standard residential warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who owns and occupies the home where the product was originally installed. For commercial applications or special circumstances, please contact our customer service department for more information.

For warranty claims, you will need your original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), product information (including model number if available), and photos or videos documenting the issue. Having this information ready when you contact us will help expedite your claim.
